Welcome to Knot + Spool's Shipping Policy! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and pickup options. If you have questions, we’re here to help.

LOCAL PICKUP

Tuesday through Saturday

Hours:

10 am to 6 pm

Notification:

You’ll get an email when your order is ready for pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

Maileg Products: 

Free shipping, no minimum.

Ribbon Sets:

Free shipping on two or more sets.
$5 shipping for a single set.

Knot + Spool Signature Coffee Filter Wreaths:

$25 shipping for the first wreath.
$20 for each additional wreath in the same order.

Other Wreaths:

Shipping based on size and weight, calculated at checkout.

Other Products: 

Shipping fees based on size and weight, calculated at checkout.

Same-Day Shipping:

Orders placed by 12 pm MST (Monday – Friday) ship the same day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship only within the U.S. but hope to expand soon.

  • Free Shipping: Applies to Maileg Products and Ribbon by the Yard.

  • Order Changes: Due to high order volume, we can’t guarantee cancellations or adjustments after an order is submitted.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING (TO RECEIVE BY CHRISTMAS)

  • Free Shipping: Order by December 13th by 2 pm.
  • Expedited: Orders shipped December 16th-18th by 4 pm EST require an extra day in transit.
  • 2-Day Air: Order by December 20th by 4 pm EST.
  • 3-Day Select: Order by December 19th by 4 pm EST (orders placed December 20th arrive December 27th).
  • Next Day Air: Order by December 21st by 4 pm EST.
  • USPS Ground Advantage: Order by December 18th (December 16th by 4 pm EST for Alaska and Hawaii).

Note: We do not ship Maileg products to Pennsylvania and Ohio due to state laws on recycled polyester in stuffed toys.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available within the U.S.
  • Delivery Tips: Use FedEx expedited shipping for timely delivery. PO Boxes can only receive USPS shipments and will be returned if UPS is selected.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders with expedited shipping placed after 4 pm EST ship the next business day. Weekend orders placed after Friday 12 pm EST ship the following week.
