Refund policy

IN-STORE PURCHASES (RETAIL SHOP)

For purchases made in-store, returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify.
Please note: Wreaths, Ribbon Sets, Banister Bows and Ribbon Bundles are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

ONLINE PURCHASES

We understand that buying online is different than shopping in person. To accommodate this, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition and unused.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For items damaged in transit, please email photos and details to cs@knotandspool.com.

Note: We are not responsible for lost return shipments without proof of delivery to Knot + Spool.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Ribbon Sets
  • Ribbon Bundles
  • Wreaths
  • Seasonal Home Decor

In rare cases where a return is approved, a 25% restocking fee will apply, along with all applicable shipping charges or customer is given store credit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, though it may be faster.
Refund times vary depending on your credit card provider or issuing bank.

EXCHANGES

We make exchanges easy!
Start a return and choose the ‘Shop Now’ option to use your return credit right away. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship your exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Due to order volume and live inventory changes, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order is submitted.
