“KNOT AND SPOOL LLC” ("KNOT AND SPOOL", "Website", “we”, "us" or “our”), has created this privacy policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) in order to disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices. We understand the importance that Internet users place on privacy and have designed our service with this in mind. 1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The information that we collect is generally limited to personal information about you that you submit on the Website. The personally identifiable information that may be collected includes: your name; address; email address; telephone number; information about the various products you have ordered; and related credit card information. To the extent that customer credit card-specific information is collected by KNOT AND SPOOL and any of its affiliates and/or subsidiaries, said information will be kept in confidence and will not be shared with any third parties (other than consumer credit agencies) without the customer’s prior informed consent.
Like most standard website servers, we use log files. Log files track anonymous user information including, but not limited to, Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. This information is tracked in order to analyze trends, administer the Website, track users’ movements in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. The information tracked via log files is not linked to personally identifiable information except for IP addresses and source URL.

By submitting your information to the Website, you grant KNOT AND SPOOL the right to use that information for marketing its own purposes, and agree to receive email marketing from the Website. We may maintain separate email lists for different purposes. Unsubscribing from one list will not automatically unsubscribe you from all email lists. 4. SHARING OF INFORMATION
By submitting your e-mail address at the Website you agree to receive e-mail marketing from KNOT AND SPOOL and our third-party advertisers. We may share our user information and/or join together with other businesses to bring selected opportunities to our users. We are able to offer third party services to you, in part, based on your willingness to be reached by our third-party advertisers. In addition, you agree that such act constitutes a purchase, an inquiry and/or an application for purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule, 16 C.F.R. S 310, et seq. (the “ATSR”). Notwithstanding that your telephone number may be listed on the Federal Trade Commission’s Do-Not-Call List, KNOT AND SPOOL retains the right to contact you via telemarketing in accordance with the ATSR. Moreover, by registering with, or requesting information from, a third-party advertiser at or through the Website, such action shall constitute a purchase, an inquiry and/or an application with the respective third-party advertiser for purposes of the ATSR and you may be contacted via e-mail, direct mail and/or telemarketing by such third-party advertiser in accordance with the ATSR.
KNOT AND SPOOL is not responsible for any content, terms and conditions, or the privacy policies of any third party advertisers’ websites. Entities that advertise and/or place banner ads at the Website include, but not limited to, third party advertisers, are independent third parties and are not affiliated with KNOT AND SPOOL.
5. MINORS
Visitors under 18 years of age are not permitted to use and/or submit their personal information at the Website. KNOT AND SPOOL does not knowingly solicit or collect information from individuals under the age of 18. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children.

All collected information is stored in a technically and physically secure environment. Furthermore, access to this information is strictly limited, and the information is not accessible to the public. Our employees are dedicated to ensuring the security and privacy of all KNOT AND SPOOL user information. 8. OPTING OUT
To stop receiving future communications from KNOT AND SPOOL unsubscribe. To unsubscribe from a third party service, you must contact that third party directly.
9. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY & NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
KNOT AND SPOOL reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a notice at the Website that we are changing our Privacy Policy. If the manner in which we use personally identifiable information changes, we will notify users by posting the changes on this Website. Any and all changes to our Privacy Policy are effective immediately upon posting. The user’s continued use of the Website and/or continued receipt of KNOT AND SPOOL e-mails constitutes an affirmative acknowledgement and acceptance by the user to the terms of the modified Privacy Policy.

11. MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Knot and Spool mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Knot and Spool (“Knot and Spool”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Knot and Spool’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Knot and Spool through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Knot and Spool. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18779594935 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Knot and Spool mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
